With fall leagues getting underway, we are taking a deep dive into the players to watch for the upcoming season. We will be starting with our lowest classification (1A) and ending with the highest classification (6A). Here are ten (10) players to watch in Class 4A for the 2026-2027 season:

5-11 PG John Arroyo Jr., Jesuit HS (Tampa) (FL)- 2028
The 5-foot-11 rising junior point guard can impact the game as both a scorer and facilitator on the offensive end. He is crafty when it comes to his handle and also displays a high IQ when it comes to his decision-making when he has the basketball in his hands. In the half-court, he is a high-volume shooter when he can knock down shots from the perimeter, as well as setting his teammates up for scoring chances on the move. On the defensive end, he is savvy at applying consistent on-ball pressure and has a strong knack for pursuing the passing lanes. Overall, his two-way playmaking skills could open up the door to a possible big junior season ahead for Arroyo.
6-2 PG Raiden Burke, Aquilla J. Morgan HS (FL)- 2028
Burke has established himself as a vital scoring threat on the offensive end, where he is coming off a sophomore season in which he averaged nearly 13 points per game. On the defensive end, he displays active hands while guarding the opposition’s best perimeter scoring threat. His size allows him to be a highly efficient rebounder as well as a ball-handler in transition. His court vision allows him to be creative for his teammates both in transition and in a half-court offense. Overall, his energy and high IQ will allow him to be one of the top two-way playmakers this upcoming season.
6-7 SF Carson Crawford, Fleming Island HS (FL)- 2027
The 6-foot-7 senior wing plays with a relentless energy that elevates the pace on both ends of the floor. On the offensive end, he utilizes his length and quick first step to get past defenders. He finishes strong in traffic and shows a ton of promise with a developing mid-range game. On the defensive end, he guards wings effectively and offers valuable secondary scoring and rebounding from the small forward spot. His motor is consistently high, impacting hustle plays and possessions that don’t always show up in the box score. He also consistently turns defense into offense with his speed and athleticism where he can get out in transition, finishing around the rim and knock down shots from the perimeter.
6-7 SF Brady Kearns, Rockledge HS (FL)- 2027
The 6-foot-7 senior small forward had a strong summer playing with Team Speights on the New Balance circuit, where he displayed his skill set of good size, length, and versatility. On the offensive end, he is a capable three-level scorer who doesn’t need a ton of time to get off a solid shot. Kearns can also be effective when it comes to operating in the blocks, where his length allows him to finish strong in the paint. On the defensive end, he can guard inside as well as outside, where he shows elite footwork and snatches timely rebounds, limiting the opposition from getting second-chance scoring opportunities.
6-7 SF JD Fieser, New Smyrna Beach HS (FL)- 2027
The 6-foot-7 senior wing averaged 16 points per game as a junior last season, when he displayed his versatility to score on all three levels. He can stretch the defense with his ability to handle the basketball out on the perimeter, as well as showcasing his high IQ for his size. Beyond his scoring, Fieser is a high-level rebounder, averaging nearly seven rebounds per game last season. His positional size and offensive versatility could make an immediate impact this upcoming season, and college coaches could start showing interest in the 6-foot-7 senior.
6-1 CG Hogan Labyak, Bishop Kenny HS (FL)- 2027
The 6-foot-1 senior combo guard has a high IQ, and he has good strength to score both off the catch and off the bounce at a high level on the offensive end. The rising senior is one of the top shotmakers in Northeast Florida, where he shot 43% from the field and 35% from the three-point line last season. On the defensive end, he adds toughness and versatility, as he can guard at all three levels. Overall, his decision-making on the offensive end and his versatility on the defensive end will make Labyak an intriguing prospect to watch this upcoming season.
6-7 SF Henry Robinson Jr., Pine Ridge HS (FL)- 2027
The 6-foot-7 senior wing displays a high motor whether he’s crashing the boards, running the floor in transition, or playing fundamentally sound defense. On the offensive end, he’s an attacking wing who thrives on getting downhill, while utilizing a quick first step and impressive body control to operate through traffic and finish at the rim through contact. On the defensive end, his versatility is another major plus; he can switch onto multiple positions, effectively guarding guards on the perimeter and holding his own against bigger forwards in the post. Overall, his high motor means he’s constantly impacting the game, chasing loose balls, fighting for extra possessions, and always staying engaged on both ends of the floor.
6-4 CG Orlando Roche, Belen Jesuit HS (FL)- 2027
The 6-foot-4 senior combo guard put on an efficient summer playing with Team Miami on the NXTPRO circuit, where he earned several Division-1 offers. Roche has become one of the more dependable scorers not just in the circuit but in the entire state of Florida. His ability to knock down shots from the perimeter both off the catch and off the dribble has spoken volumes over the last year or so. During his junior season at Belen Jesuit, he averaged 21.5 points per game and went on his way to earn All-Miami Dade First Team honors. This summer, he picked up offers from Air Force, Chattanooga, Florida International, Holy Cross, Navy, Texas-El Paso, Purdue Fort-Wayne, D2 Rollins, and Wofford.
6-5 SG Kasyn Touchette, Barron Collier HS (FL)- 2028
The 6-foot-5 junior guard brings strong intangibles, as he can get to the rim from the guard position, finishing strong with either hand. He also displays a smooth shooting stroke, and he can knock down shots from the perimeter both off the catch and off the bounce. His body control allows him to finish over bigger defenders, where he remains balanced and is unafraid when it comes to drawing contact, earning himself trips to the free-throw line on the offensive end. On defense, he is versatile, as he can guard positions 1 through 4 with his length and athleticism, along with his timely rebounding and ability to create turnovers.
6-4 CG Ty Watson, Atlantic (Delray Beach) (FL)- 2028
The 6-foot-4 junior combo guard is an efficient scorer and playmaker on the offensive end. He has a strong knack for mid-range jump shots, where he can connect both off the catch and off the dribble. His underrated asset is his passing ability, as he sees the court well for his size, making strong passes to cutters around the rim as well as dump-off passes at the rim. On the defensive end, he is quick and mobile, and he can guard multiple positions, displaying active hands, getting timely rebounds, and running the floor exceptionally well in transition-scoring opportunities. During his sophomore season, he played significant minutes, and his scoring average doubled from 7.4 points per game as a freshman to 16 points per game last season.
