6-2 CG Terrance Walker, Edgewater HS (FL)- 2027
The 6-foot-2 senior combo guard is coming off a strong summer playing for 1Family on the PRO16 circuit. He has good size, frame, length, and athleticism for a lead guard, where he can finish at the rim and make strong, crisp passes to teammates on the move. Walker is a college-ready guard who makes it difficult for opposing guards to keep him out of the paint, where he muscles his way to the basket and is unafraid when it comes to finishing through contact. On the defensive end, he plays with a high motor and contagious energy, and he can guard multiple positions as well as be a high-level rebounder from the guard position. Overall, his three-level scoring and ability to contribute on the defensive end will spell a possible big senior season ahead for the 6-foot-2 combo guard out of Edgewater.
6-3 CG Isaiah Jenkins, Sarasota HS (FL)- 2027
The 6-foot-3 combo guard is efficient and smart when it comes to his shot selection, forcing the defense to expand well beyond the perimeter, as he can shoot the three-ball at a high level both off the catch and off the bounce. He is a capable secondary ball-handler, as he can get to his spots playing off the ball on the offensive end. His size allows him to finish inside as well as snatch timely rebounds for put-backs at the rim. He is coming off a stellar junior season for the Sailors, where he averaged eight points and nearly five rebounds per game, helping take pressure off his teammates Greg Dauer and Johnny Lackaff, who reached the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) Class 7A Championship Game.
7-1 Center Kimario Sherman, Westminster Academy (FL)- 2027
The 7-foot-1 senior center has long arms and moves exceptionally well for his size on the interior, where he finishes high above the rim, making it difficult for the opposition to block his shot. He has also become more comfortable developing an outside shot, where he knocks down shots in the mid-range and is consistently improving his three-point shot to his arsenal. On the defensive end, his length and elite footwork allow him to be more versatile, as he can defend in the paint as well as out on the perimeter. Overall, his two-way playmaking could spell big opportunities for the 7-foot-1 senior center who will be playing the upcoming season in the Sunshine State.
6-0 PG Kyler “KJ” Ambrose, Cardinal Gibbons HS (FL)- 2028
The 6-foot junior point guard is a high-level shot maker who shot 46% from behind the arc as a sophomore last season for the Chiefs. He makes the right plays under pressure, consistently getting his teammates involved as well as showing extremely high confidence when he has the basketball in his hands. On the defensive end, he uses his speed and size to his advantage, making hustle plays as well as forcing turnovers when guarding on-ball. Overall, his effort and energy on both ends of the floor could provide an immediate impact for the Chiefs next season as he looks to follow his older brother (AJ)’s footsteps as a lead guard who can play multiple roles on both ends of the floor.
6-8 PF Brock Bass-Bonner, Naples Classical Academy (FL)- 2027
The 6-foot-8 senior power forward is a rim-runner who finishes around the rim with authority as well as being a floor spacer on the offensive end. On the defensive end, he competes around the basket, where he alters shots around the rim with his length as well as blocks shots. He also does a great job using his length when it comes to limiting the opposition from getting second-chance scoring opportunities. Overall, his size, physicality, and length continue to be a matchup problem for opponents as he can make havoc on both ends of the floor. With another high school season on the rise, Bass-Bonner remains one of the highly recruited players in the state for his class.
6-9 PF Madden Geiger, Walter L. Sickles HS (FL)- 2027
The 6-foot-9 senior power forward is not your traditional back-to-the-basket post player on the offensive end. He has become adaptable to shooting from the mid-range as well as out on the perimeter. He also possesses a smooth handle, and he can attack the front of the rim while displaying a high IQ when he has the basketball in his hands. During his junior season at Calvary Christian in Clearwater, Geiger averaged 14.6 points and 5.7 rebounds per game on 44% shooting from the field. With Geiger now at Sickles, who made an appearance in the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) Class 6A semifinals last season, he steps into a bigger role where he could lead the Gryphons to a second consecutive trip.
5-10 CG Jaiden Martin, Armwood HS (FL)- 2028
The 5-foot-10 junior combo guard is comfortable when it comes to scoring on all three levels on the offensive end. He can create separation with the ability to put defenders off balance with his shifty handle and ability to finish around the rim off the bounce. On the defensive end, he can create turnovers with his hustle and energy as well as by playing in the passing lanes. During his sophomore season at Winthrop Collegiate Prep Academy, he averaged 13.1 points per game while shooting 43% from the field. Overall, Martin is trending as one of the top stock risers in the state for the junior class.
6-7 SF Bryce Hoffert, Windermere HS (FL)- 2027
The 6-foot-7 senior wing and recent University of Tampa commit can impact the game in a variety of ways. On the offensive end, he is a high-level shot maker who can stretch the floor with his ability to play inside and out. He also has a strong knack for when it comes to catch-and-shoot situations where he can get to his spots coming off screens. On the defensive end, he is long and wiry where he can snatch down timely rebounds and limits the opposition from getting second-chance scoring opportunities.
6-6 SF Ethan Knox, Lakeland Christian School (FL)- 2028
The 6-foot-6 junior wing is a high-level athlete who plays with a ton of energy on both ends of the floor. He has a strong knack for finishing around the rim and drawing fouls, as his three-point shooting stroke continues to be a work in progress. He also does a great job when it comes to snatching timely rebounds on both ends of the floor and showcasing the ability to run the floor exceptionally hard in transition-scoring opportunities. He showcases a quick first step, where he can guard on the ball as well as showcase his athleticism when pursuing the passing lanes. Look for Knox to make a major leap in his two-way playmaking and improve on his perimeter shooting, as he has been recruited by several Division 1 programs.
6-5 SG Brelyn Moses, Sagemont HS (FL)- 2028
The 6-foot-5 junior combo guard comes to the Sunshine State after playing his first two years of high school basketball in North Carolina. Moses is a strong and athletic wing who has elite athleticism on both ends of the floor. On the offensive end, he can find success both on and off the ball, where he can take advantage of mismatches as he uses his physical strength to finish over smaller defenders at the front of the rim. On the defensive end, he is a high-level rebounder, consistently blocks shots at the rim, and has elite footwork when it comes to defending out on the perimeter. Moses currently holds nearly a dozen offers from schools such as Appalachian State, Cincinnati, Clemson, East Carolina, Georgia Tech, High Point, Villanova, Wichita State, and several others.
