6-10 PF CJ Rosser, Southeastern Preparatory Academy (FL)- 2027

Rosser showcases a great feel and understanding of the game, where his versatile skill set on both ends of the floor allows him to make an impact in a variety of ways. On the offensive end, he uses his length to his advantage, where he can catch lobs thrown in his general direction at the rim as well as be a solid rim protector. He also adds floor spacing, where he can score on multiple levels, both off the bounce and off the catch. On the defensive end, he can guard within space and stay disciplined, where he can guard perimeter shooters without fouling. He is also unafraid when it comes to running the floor in transition and getting to his spots to make an impact.

6-9 PF K’Nard Callendar, Calvary Christian Academy (Fort Lauderdale) (FL)- 2027

Callendar is a prototypical type of power forward who can use his frame to get to the blocks as well as stretch the floor, knocking down shots in the mid-range on the offensive end. He displays great court vision when he has the basketball in his hands by seeing over the defense with his given height. On the defensive end, he makes havoc for opposing ball handlers with his length, as he can be disruptive in the passing lanes as well as challenging shots around the rim without fouling. He also has excellent footwork, where he can defend out on the perimeter, staying in front of his man. Overall, he is the modern combo forward who can make an impact on the outside as well as in the interior on both ends of the floor. His upside remains high as he looks to gain consistency on his perimeter jump shot, but that will come over the course of the upcoming season.

6-9 PF Jeremy Jenkins, Riviera Prep (FL)- 2027

Jenkins returns to Riviera Prep after playing last season for Overtime Elite’s City Reapers, where he has become more comfortable playing the combo forward position. He reads the floor exceptionally well for his position, as well as making timely reads to open cutters and shooters off movement rather than forcing a bad shot on the offensive end. He also has a knack for finishing at the point of attack, where he is unafraid to put the ball on the deck in the mid-range and get to the rim. On the defensive end, he plays with great size and length, where he can be disruptive in the passing lanes as well as the ability to challenge shots around the rim. Jenkins also has great mobility, and he can guard out on the perimeter, where opposing guards have trouble getting off a solid shot with his given length. Overall, his feel for the game and his given versatility give coaches flexibility on whether to play him as a stretch-four or out on the wing given the lineup and matchups.

6-10 PF Kyle Blair, The First Academy (Orlando) (FL)- 2027

Blair is coming off a strong summer playing for Jet Academy on the Nike EYBL circuit. Blair is an athletic and wiry power forward who makes plays happen with his given motor. On the offensive end, he shows tons of flashes as a lob threat and is unafraid when it comes to shooting in the mid-range off the catch. On the defensive end, he is versatile, as he can guard positions 1 through 4 with his length, and he is unafraid to challenge shots around the perimeter as well as being a high-level rebounder at the rim. Overall, he is a sneaky athlete who can play multiple positions, and his ceiling continues to climb as he received mid-major offers during the July live period.

6-10 PF Madden Geiger, Walter L. Sickles HS (FL)- 2027

Geiger has the bloodlines of being a star-studded athlete, as he is the son of former NBA veteran Matt Geiger, and he does most of his work on the offensive end when facing the basket. He has great positional size to do damage on the interior as well as knock down catch-and-shoot threes off the bounce and catch. He has added strength to his frame, where he can stay grounded when guarding in the paint, as well as being a high-volume rebounder and pushing tempo in transition-scoring opportunities. Overall, Geiger now steps into a bigger role now that he has transferred to Sickles from Clearwater Calvary Christian, where he will be asked to be a primary playmaker as well as create scoring chances for himself.

6-8 PF Jadus Sorhaindo, Bell Creek Academy (FL)- 2027

Sorhaindo is a strong and skilled power forward who can be efficient both inside and outside the arc on the offensive end. He is an above-average athlete who can display a smooth shooting stroke both off the catch and off the bounce. Sorhaindo has also gained confidence as an efficient ball handler and makes smart reads for his teammates. He is also a high-level rebounder who can push the basketball in transition, where he sees the floor exceptionally well and knows when to get to his spots. Overall, his consistency and high motor should spell a big senior season for the 6-foot-7 power forward.

6-8 PF Jordan Fisher, Columbus HS (FL)- 2028

Fisher is a versatile athlete who has a physical frame for his age. On the offensive end, he has become more comfortable when playing with his back to the basket and finishing around the rim. He is also unafraid when it comes to absorbing contact, and he can be efficient from the dunker’s spot. He is an active rebounder on the defensive end as well, where his length and physicality limit the opposition from getting second-chance scoring opportunities. Overall, the next phase in his game would be to improve his decision-making and grow confidence in maintaining a perimeter game.

6-10 PF Bentley Lusakueno, IMG Academy (FL)- 2028

Lusakueno does a great job when it comes to running the floor in transition, where he has the speed of a guard. On the offensive end, he’s not your traditional post player who’s waiting for the ball to find him. Lusakueno is comfortable when it comes to taking shots in the mid-range as well as gaining more confidence in shooting from the perimeter. On the defensive end, he plays with great length, where he can challenge shots around the rim without fouling, as well as cover ground where he often guards out on the perimeter. He also shows excellent timing when it comes to his shot-blocking ability, using his length to create mismatches for opposing players on the defensive end. Overall, he is projected to make an immediate impact coming over to IMG Academy, which is led by first-year head coach Jackson Johnson.

On the defensive end, he is versatile, where he can guard multiple positions and play with relentless energy that feeds off his teammates. He also showcases his length by defending the passing lanes, generating steals, and turning them into transition-scoring opportunities. Overall, he is an intriguing prospect who could receive more high-major offers over the course of the next two years.

5 2028 FLORIDA PROSPECTS READY FOR A BREAKOUT SEASON

6-10 PF Tyler Sabec, Clearwater Calvary Christian (FL)- 2028

Sabec is still scratching the surface when it comes to finding his full skill set. On the offensive end, his size and mobility create matchup problems for the opposition, where he can stretch the floor, knock down shots on the perimeter, as well as hurt you inside with his high release in the paint. On the defensive end, he can guard multiple positions as his athleticism allows him to be effective on all three levels. He is a solid rim protector for his size and stays disciplined when it comes to closing out on perimeter shooters. Overall, Sabec is a name that college coaches are going to start drawing their attention to over the course of the next two seasons.

6-9 PF Cayden Gaskins, Riviera Prep (FL)- 2029

Gaskins plays with a ton of physicality and length on the interior, where he can score through contact on the offensive end as well as being a rim protector. He is coming off a strong summer season playing for Jet Academy on the Nike EYBL circuit, where he used his mass and frame to his advantage when it came to second-chance points and finishing around the rim. With his recent move from Columbus to Riviera Prep, Gaskins will look to continue and develop his all-around game as he could become one of the more well-rounded prospects in his class.

6-8 PF Jonathan “JJ” Watts, Southeastern Preparatory Academy (FL)- 2027

Watts is coming off an impressive summer playing for the Atlanta Celtics on the Adidas 3SSB circuit. He has established himself as one of the top frontcourt players in the state, where he has great size, length, and versatility. Watts plays with consistent effort and energy that feeds off his teammates on both ends of the floor. While his overall offensive game continues to evolve, he has shown noticeable strides in his activity on the glass and in consistently creating extra possessions for his team by being an outstanding rebounder. On the defensive end, his footwork and versatility give him a true chance to guard multiple positions. Overall, his high motor and improvement on the offensive end have made Watts a covetable prospect that college coaches have had eyes on since the beginning of his junior season.

6-9 PF Nolan Nelson, Providence School (FL)- 2027- Furman commit

Nelson does a great job when it comes to reading the floor on the offensive end, filling in the dunker’s spot, and playing with a competitive edge on the glass. He has impeccable timing when it comes to using his length and frame to his advantage when finishing putbacks and using his explosiveness to get second-chance scoring opportunities. On the defensive end, he plays with a high motor as well as making winning plays by getting deflections, getting on the floor for loose balls, and being unafraid to use his strength to rebound over bigger defenders. Overall, he is a combo forward who competes hard on both ends of the floor and doesn’t need to be a primary factor for him to impact winning.

6-9 PF Josue Oku, Jordan Christian Prep (FL)- 2029

Oku does a great job when it comes to his rebounding and rim protection ability with his given length. On the offensive end, he is unafraid when it comes to finishing above the rim. His length and athleticism also allow him to make plays happen and limit the opposition from getting second-chance scoring opportunities. Overall, his combination of size, length, athleticism, and explosiveness makes him one of the top frontcourt prospects worth monitoring over the course of the next three years.

7-2 PF Martin Sibal, Columbus HS (FL)- 2028

Sibal, standing at 7-foot-2, has the kind of length that creates havoc, as well as tough shot distributions for the opposition. Opponents have to keep an eye on him on every possession, whether it is on the pick-and-roll or on every offensive rebound. The skill set that matters most at this level is whether he can catch cleanly in traffic, finish around the rim with either hand, and protect the ball when defenders collapse on him. The Top-25 national ranking in the class of 2028 puts him in the conversation for high-major programs, and that conversation will only continue as more coaches lay eyes on him this upcoming season. It will be intriguing to see how Sibal plays in a new role as he is playing in his first year state-side after coming over from the Czech Republic over the summer.
