6-5 SF Nate Accius, Coral Glades HS (FL)- 2027
The 6-foot-5 senior small forward comes over to Coral Glades after spending his junior season at St. Thomas Aquinas. Accius is a rising wing in the state who can play above the rim as well as having the ability to knock down shots from the perimeter, both off the catch and off the dribble. On the defensive end, he uses his length and athleticism to his advantage when it comes to being a disruptor in the passing lanes and can alter shots at the rim. Overall, he brings a multi-level skill set that features energy, athleticism, and good size, where he can play multiple positions and is a proven winner who could be in line for a big senior season this year.
6-5 SG Jordan Page, IMG Academy (FL)- 2027
The 6-foot-5 senior shooting guard makes his way to the Sunshine State after playing last season at Broughton High School in North Carolina. Page is a versatile wing who impacts the game in multiple ways. His decision-making with the ball is pure for his age. Page excels as an off-ball threat, spacing the floor and forcing the defense to make quick adjustments. His physical attributes also translate on the defensive end, where his length allows him to cover all three levels and disrupt opponents from getting into an offensive rhythm.
6-1 PG James Ratteree, Bartow HS (FL)- 2028
The 6-foot-1 junior point guard is coming off a strong summer where he played for the Florida Rebels on the Nike EYBL Circuit. Ratteree is quick, shifty, and plays with an efficient pace when he has the basketball in his hands on the offensive end. He is dangerous when it comes to finishing at the point of attack while being unafraid when it comes to absorb contact from multiple defenders. On the defensive end, he applies consistent on-ball pressure and uses his athleticism to his advantage when it comes to jumping the passing lanes or snatching timely rebounds at the rim. Overall, his aggression on both ends of the floor could spell big things to happen for the junior point guard this upcoming season.
6-5 SG Miles Simpson, The Villages Charter HS (FL)- 2028
The 6-foot-5 junior wing brings size and athleticism, and he can impact the game in multiple ways. He can run the floor exceptionally well in transition, where he can create his own shot in the mid-range and is unafraid to score from the perimeter. Despite not being the lead focal point for his team, his talent and versatility speak volumes, as he can attack the defense with his three-level scoring presence. On the defensive end, he makes plays happen with his length, whether it’s his ability to alter shots or generate deflections leading to steals and scores in transition. He is a proven winner, having led Webster Groves to a state championship as a freshman, as well as being a key contributor in leading The Villages Charter to a state championship game appearance last season as a sophomore.
6-2 CG Keylon Williams, Booker T. Washington (Pensacola) (FL)- 2028
The 6-foot-2 junior combo guard has emerged as one of the top guards in the state for his class this summer. During the Grassroots season, Williams played for Mighty Titans on the Under Armour Rise circuit, where he established himself as a legitimate scoring threat, getting to his spots with and without the basketball in his hands. His quickness and shifty handle continued to force the defense into making adjustments, as he was unafraid when it came to finishing around the rim as well as knocking down shots from the perimeter. On the defensive end, he used his physicality to fluster the opposition into getting into a rhythm or getting off a solid look to score.
The 6-foot-2 senior combo guard is an aggressive guard who is unafraid when it comes to attacking downhill, whether he is the primary ball-handler or coming off screens on the offensive end. He has also added a soft touch, where he can score in the mid-range as well as out on the perimeter. On the defensive end, he is twitchy and switchable, and he can guard off and on the ball at a high level. He uses his speed to be efficient in the passing lanes where he can generate steals, which lead to transition-scoring opportunities on the offensive end. He has an offer from South Alabama, but can expect to see a heavy amount of schools start showing interest in the 6-foot-2 guard before his senior season comes to an end.
6-10 PF Kyle Blair, The First Academy (Orlando) (FL)- 2027
The 6-foot-10 senior power forward is a versatile big who can operate both inside and outside on both ends of the floor. He has good footwork and plays with a high motor, who uses his length to his advantage whether he is finishing around the rim offensively or altering shots on the defensive end. He also has a nice range to his game where he can defend on the perimeter without fouling, as well as staying active in the passing lanes. He is very patient when it comes to the offensive end, where he doesn’t force a bad shot or bad pass when on the attack. Blair also had a strong summer on the recruitment front, picking up offers from Applachian State, Arkansas State, Boston University, Cleveland State, Miami (Ohio), Wofford, and several others. During his junior season, Blair averaged 12.6 points and 6.6 rebounds per game while shooting 64% from the field.
6-7 SF Reggie “RJ” Evans Jr., Academy of Central Florida (FL)- 2029
The 6-foot-7 sophomore small forward is making a strong case to be the top-ranked player in his class nationally. During the Grassroots season, Evans played for Austin Rivers SE Elite 17U, which is two years older than his normal age group. He brings great size, length, and athleticism, and he averaged nearly 14 points per game during last month’s Adidas 3SSB Palmetto Road Championships in South Carolina. Overall, he has a great feel and understanding of the game, as his father (Reggie) spent 13 years in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Evans currently holds over a dozen offers from schools such as Baylor, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Iowa, Kentucky, and several others.
6-4 SG James Jenkins, DME Academy (FL)- 2029
The 6-foot-4 sophomore shooting guard is coming off a strong summer where he played for Mikel Brown Jr. Elite on the Adidas 3SSB Circuit. During last month’s Live Period, Jenkins averaged 17.3 points per game. The left-handed guard is lethal when it comes to his spot-up shooting from the perimeter and is unafraid when it comes to finishing at the front of the rim on the attack. With his recent reclassification from 2028 to 2029, Jenkins has emerged as one of the top-ranked prospects in his class. Jenkins currently holds offers from Bethune-Cookman, McNeese State, and Ohio but expect a handful more offers to tremble in for the 6-foot-4 shooting guard who still has three more years of playing high school basketball remaining.
6-5 SG Johnny Lackaff, Sarasota HS (FL)- 2027
The 6-foot-5 senior shooting guard is highly effective with and without the basketball in his hands. He can create offense off the bounce with his high-volume shooting and is efficient from the perimeter. Lackaff has been highly regarded as one of the top perimeter shooting threats in the state for the last three years and has led the Sailors to two Final Four appearances, including a state championship game appearance last season. He also has great size, where he can draw multiple looks from the defense and make timely reads to his teammates in a half-court set. During his junior season, Lackaff averaged a team-high 17.5 points per game, and expect him to increase that scoring average this season.
